Beijing: China dismissed American computer hackers allegations today as “irresponsible and unscientific” for stealing personal data of millions of federal employees. 

On Thursday, U.S. officials alleged that the hackers work for the Chinese state and had breached the computer system of the Office of Personnel Management of about 4 million current and former federal employees in last year of December. 

Chinese Foreign Minister’s spokesman Hong Lei said, “We wish the United States would not be full of suspicions, catching wind and shadows, but rather have a larger measure of trust and cooperation.”
